
Hero Xtreme 250R
Hero MotorCorp, one of the biggest two-wheeler manufacturers in the country started the year on a high note with the introduction of the Xpulse 210 and the Xtreme 250R. Both these bikes made their debut at the Auto Expo 2025. Now, the brand has announced that they will start taking bookings for the adventure motorcycle and the streetfighter from March 20. It is worth mentioning that initially, the plan was to initiate the booking process in February 2020. Meanwhile, the deliveries are scheduled to begin by the end of this month.

At its core, the Hero Xtreme 250R is powered by a 250 cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine. This engine is configured to deliver 29 hp at 9,250 rpm and 25 Nm of torque at 7,250 rpm. The powertrain is mated to a six-speed transmission. The motorcycle is built on a steel trellis frame, which is supported by a 43 mm USD fork and an adjustable preload mono shock for the rear suspension. Both ends of the bike feature single-disc brakes for stopping power.
The power source for the bike is a 210 cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine, which produces 24 hp and 20.7 Nm of torque at peak performance. This engine is connected to a six-speed gearbox. For suspension, the bike features long-travel telescopic forks at the front with 210 mm of travel and a monoshock at the rear with 205 mm of travel. The braking system consists of disc brakes at both the front and rear, equipped with dual-channel ABS.
Hero Xtreme 250R
The Hero Xtreme 250R is available in the Indian market, starting at a price of Rs 1.79 lakh (ex-showroom). In terms of design, the Hero Xtreme 250R boasts an aggressive street-fighter look, credited to its distinctive LED headlight and fuel tank with bold character lines. The Hero Xpulse 210 comes with a starting price of Rs 1.75 lakh (ex-showroom). This model comes with a dual-sport bike design that includes a round headlamp, LED indicators, and a high beak. Additionally, it features a unique design for the fuel tank decorated with graphics, along with tank shrouds and a single-piece seat.
