Honda Elevate has received a 5-star rating at the Japan NCAP crash test. The SUV is manufactured in India and is later exported to other countries, including Japan. However, the Elevate is labeled as WR-V in the Japanese market. The Honda Elevate registered impressive results, scoring 176.23 out of 193.8 points, overall.

Honda Elevate JNCAP Crash Test; Results

The Honda Elevate received a 5-star rating at the Japan NCAP crash test. It scored 82.22 out of 85.8 points in the preventive safety test, and 86.01 out of 100 points in collision safety. It received Level 5 out of 5 Autonomous Emergency Braking test, and 8 out of 8 points in the Automatic Emergency Call System. The Honda Elevate earned Level 4/5 and Level 5/5 in pedestrian head and leg protection, respectively.

The official reports of the Japan NCAP concluded by recording 176.23 out of 193.8 points for the overall safety test, scored by the India-manufactured Honda Elevate.

The Honda Elevate gets a Level 2 ADAS suit that includes features like a Collision Mitigation Brake System, Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane-Keeping Assist System, Lead Car Departure Notification System, and more in the top trims. It also offers 6 airbags, energy-absorbing front pre-tensioner seat belts, ISOFIX compatible Rear Side Seats, and more as standard.

Honda Elevate; Price And Rivals

The Honda Elevate has four variants in the list, namely- SV, V, VX and ZX. The price of the Honda Elevate starts from Rs 11.91 lakh (ex-showroom) and goes up to Rs 16.71 lakh (ex-showroom). The Honda Elevate Black Edition is tagged at Rs 16.73 lakh (ex-showroom).
