Kia India is having a busy start to the new year with the Syros lined up for the launch while the brand prepares for Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025. Now extending itself even more, the South Korean brand is preparing for the debut of the Kia EV6 facelift in the Indian market. To be showcased at the Expo, the vehicle made its global debut last year with significant updates over the previous iteration in terms of design and the cabin. Furthermore, the brand introduced a new battery pack for the global market as well.
Diving into the details, the 2025 Kia EV6 comes with redesigned headlamps complemented by a new pattern for the LED DRLs. This seems to be heavily inspired by other flagship vehicles of the brand. Adding to this, the front grille of the vehicle has been redesigned along with the bumper. All of this contributes to aggressive styling with bigger air dams. While the overall silhouette is the same as the previous version, it gets a new design for the alloy wheels. The tail lights remain very similar to the previous version with the EV6 logo on the tailgate.

On the inside, the Kia EV6 facelift offers a different appeal with a redesigned curved panoramic display which brings together a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster and a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system. It also gets a new two-spoke steering wheel which allows the driver to use fingerprint to start the EV without a physical key.
The feature list for the electric vehicle also includes a new heads-up display, strengthened chassis, re-tuned frequency selective dampers, a digital rearview mirror offering better visibility, Genesis-derived augmented reality navigation, and more.
Under the skin, the Kia EV6 facelift gets an 84 kWh battery pack replacing the older 77.4 kWh battery pack. This results in an increased range of 494 km on a single charge for the rear-wheel-drive variant. Furthermore, the battery supports ultra-fast 350 kW DC charging which can juice it up from 0 to 80 percent in 18 minutes.
