Maruti Suzuki e Vitara has been a source of multiple headlines in the past few months. The car has been the center of attention since its unveiling at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo. The brand keeps teasing the vehicle and revealing a few details to ensure that the hype remains consistent. However, this time around, the car is being discussed because it has started reaching the dealerships. This is a hint that the brand might soon launch its born electric vehicle in the country.

The unit of the Maruti Suzuki e Vitara present at the dealership has a Nexa Blue colour. It gives a closer look at the three-point matrix LED DRL embedded in the headlight. Along with it, the prominent piano black elements in the middle of the headlight also attract attention. The brand has also placed Nexa badging on the rear windscreen. All of this is complemented by 18-inch alloy wheels, thick C pillars, and a new design for the LED taillamps.

On the inside, the electric SUV gets a dual-tone interior with Brown and Black colours. Diving into the details, the new two-spoke steering wheel. Looking at the side of tech, the electric vehicle gets a 10.1-inch infotainment screen and a 10.25-inch instrument cluster. Along with this, the brand has added leatherette upholstery and a fixed glass roof.

In terms of features, the Maruti Suzuki e Vitara gets ventilated front seats, a 10-way adjustable driver's seat, sliding and reclining rear seats, 7 airbags, Level-2 ADAS with autonomous features, 360-degree camera, wireless charging pad,keyless entry, ride-by-wire system, and ambient lighting.

The powertrain of the e Vitara consists of two options for lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries: a 49 kWh battery featuring a single-motor configuration and a 61 kWh battery, which can have either FWD or 4WD layouts. The 49 kWh variant delivers a range of up to 346 kilometers, while the 61 kWh variant offers a range of up to 428 kilometers, both figures based on the WLTP cycle.
