The changes in prices will be applicable from February 1
Maruti Suzuki India is set to increase the prices of its vehicles for the Indian market. The price change will apply to the entire range of models starting from February 2025. The increment will range between Rs 1,500 and Rs 32,500. It comes as a part of a yearly practice by Indian automakers to offset increasing input and operational costs. The brand announced that there will be a hike back in 2024.
Diving into the details, the maximum hike of Rs 32,500 is for the Celerio hatchback. While the minimum hike of Rs 1,500 has been applied for the Ciaz and the Jimny. Here's the quantum of change for all other models of the brand.
Some of these vehicles are the most popular vehicles in the Indian market. For instance, Swift, Dzire, Brezza, Eeco, WagonR, Ertiga, and Baleno are some of the names that keep popping up on the list of best-selling vehicles on a monthly basis.

Maruti Suzuki also continues to perform impressively in the export market. From April to December 2024, the company exported 245,642 passenger vehicles (PVs), reflecting a 21 percent increase compared to the previous year. It represents 43 percent of India's PV exports and is on track to reach record exports of approximately 325,000 units for FY2025.
The company reported a total of 178,248 units sold, which includes domestic sales of 132,523 units, sales to other OEMs totaling 8,306 units, and a record monthly export figure of 37,419 units in December 2024.
