
Maruti Suzuki WagonR is sold through Arena outlets of the brand
Maruti Suzuki India Limited has recently increased the prices of its models sold in the country. As part of the process, the prices of Baleno, and Dzire among other models have already been updated and now it's time for the tallboy hatchback, the WagonR. One of the longest-running names in the brand's stable has brought in good sales numbers over the years. It is to be noted that the hatchback has received an upward revision of up to Rs 15,000 in its price.
Presently, the Maruti Suzuki WagonR is available in four trim levels: LXi, VXi, ZXi, and ZXi Plus. The engine options include a 1.0-liter and a 1.2-liter engine options. The transmission options include a five-speed manual transmission and an AMT. Additionally, the brand also offers a CNG-powered version of the vehicle.

The smaller 1.0-litre petrol engine produces a peak power of 55.92 bhp and a maximum torque of 92.1 Nm. In contrast, the larger 1.2-litre petrol engine generates 88.5 bhp of peak power and 113 Nm of maximum torque. The hatchback offers fuel efficiency ranging from 23.56 kmpl to 25.19 kmpl, depending on the engine variant.
The Maruti Suzuki Wagon R has seen a price increase of up to Rs 15,000. This price rise affects multiple variants, including the VXi 1.0 AGS, ZXI 1.2 AGS, ZXI+ 1.2 AGS, and the ZXI+ AGS dual-tone versions. The remaining variants have experienced a consistent price increase of Rs10,000. Following this adjustment, the Maruti Suzuki Wagon R hatchback is now priced between Rs 5.64 lakh and Rs 7.47 lakh (ex-showroom).
