
KTM 390 Enduro R
KTM India is preparing itself for the launch of the 390 Enduro R. Before the event, the brand released a new teaser showcasing the bike and its capabilities on its social media platforms. Expanding the family of 390 cc bikes, the dual-sport machine will be manufactured in India and has been available for bookings since December 2024. It is to be noted that the bike was also showcased at the India Bike Week 2024.
The KTM 390 Enduro R will be aimed at enthusiasts interested in a light bike capable of exploring uncharted terrains. It comes with a rather simple design for the headlamp with a high beak and minimal body work featuring the brand's Orange paint with signature graphics. With a slim body, the bike has spoke wheels with a frame and engine shared with the 390 SMC R supermoto.

Specifically, the KTM 390 Enduro R seeks power from a 399 cc LC4c single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine. This unit is tuned to put out 43 hp of power and 39 Nm of torque at the peak of its performance. It will be paired with a six-speed transmission to transfer the power to the rear wheel. It is to be noted that this power unit has also been employed on the 390 Duke as well.
Talking about the mechanical parts, the 390 Enduro R features USD forks at the front, providing longer 230 mm of suspension travel, along with a rear monoshock. The braking system uses a 285 mm front disc paired with an axial caliper and a 240 mm disc at the rear. The bike is equipped with switchable dual-channel ABS. Additionally, the 390 Enduro R will boast a notably taller profile, with a ground clearance of 272 mm.
Regarding features, the KTM 390 Enduro R will include a 4.2-inch TFT display that offers Bluetooth connectivity for music, phone calls, and turn-by-turn navigation. It will also have two riding modes: Street and Offroad.
