Ola S1 Pro 'Sona' Edition gets dual-tone paint

Ola Electric has introduced a new S1 Pro 'Sona' Limited Edition scooter in the Indian market. Justifying its name, the new version of the electric two-wheeler gets 24-karat pure gold elements. It comes as part of a marketing campaign. Under this campaign, the manufacturer plans on expanding its sales and service network to 4000 outlets by December 25, 2024.

The electric scooter gets a unique appearance following a dual-tone theme with pearl white and gold colours. The 24k gold platings on the EV have been used on the rear footpegs, side stands, grab rail, brake levers, and ORVM stalks.

The upper section of the handlebar cowl, the ORVMs, the front fender, and the lower sections of the side body panels feature a Gold hue. The rear swingarm and the lower sections of the front telescopic forks also showcase a Gold tone. Both front and rear alloy wheels are finished in a more striking Gold color. To contrast the paint scheme, the brand has given it dark beige napa leather with gold thread stitching with zari thread.

Along with this, the limited edition electric scooter gets MoveOS software with exclusive features for customised experience. For instance, the brand is offering a gold user interface with gold theme and customised MoveOS dashboard.

Unlike regular models of the brand, the Ola S1 Pro Sona Edition will not go on sale. Instead, it will be a part of a giveaway. People with a desire to have one of these can win one through #OlaSonaContest. To participate, people have to post a reel with the Ola S1 or click a picture or a selfie with Ola S1 outside the brand store. Following this, they have to tag Ola Electric with the aforementioned hashtag.
