Project Delta
Royal Enfield partnered with Purpose Built Moto to develop a unique motorcycle called Project Delta, which showcases a vintage design. Although the machine was made in 2025, it gives the impression of being a relic from the past, as if brought back through time travel. Based on the Super Meteor 650, the bike has received multiple aesthetic and mechanical changes to have a reduced weight and vintage appearance while keeping intact Royal Enfield's heritage taking inspiration from the original Super Meteor from the mid-20th century and the Flying Flea.

Starting with the base, the frame of the bike has been modified with the Super Meteor chassis converted to function with mono-shock. It has also received an oil-in-frame cooling system replacing the exterior radiator to give it a vintage look. Furthermore, it now has a slimmer backbone and custom gussets. All of these changes in the frame accommodate mechanical modifications that are similar to what was seen on the bike in the 50s.

One of the things that grabs the most attention is the presence of a hand-built girder fork which uses an adjustable downhill air shock. At the rear end, the suspension duties are taken care of by a custom swingarm with nitron monoshock replacing the twin shock absorbers present on a stock Super Meteor 650. Along with this, the bike gets 23-inch front and 19-inch rear wheels, hand-laced rims and vintage pattern tires.
To improve the aesthetics, the fuel tank has been replaced with a hand-built aluminum tank inspired by the 1950s Royal Enfield. It also gets a floating-bobber-style seat with cherry red leather to match the leather grips and tank-shifter handle. To complement all of it, the bike gets black as its base colour complemented by gold-leaf pinstripes and cherry red highlights. It also gets the vintage Royal Enfield insignia.

The bike also gets hand-shifted gears, and custom exhaust with a stainless steel header and fishtail mufflers, the power unit is the same 648 cc parallel-twin motor producing 47 hp of power and 52 Nm of peak torque.
