Suzuki Motorcycle India has announced its sales numbers, ending the fiscal year 2025-25 with its best-ever sales numbers. The brand registered cumulative sales of 12,56,161 units. This is the highest-ever number recorded by the brand and translates to a growth of 11 per cent compared to 11,33,902 units sold by the brand in the previous fiscal year.
The total sales for FY 2024-25 include domestic sales of 10,45,662 units, reflecting a 14 per cent increase from the 9,21,009 units sold in the previous financial year. During the same time, SMIPL exported 2,10,499 units, compared to 2,12,893 units exported in fiscal year 2023 -24.

In March 2025, Suzuki reported total sales of 1,25,930 units, representing a 21 percent increase from 1,03,669 units sold in the same month of the previous year. Domestic sales for the month reached 1,05,736 units, marking a 23 percent rise compared to last year, while exports increased from 17,505 units in March 2024 to 20,194 units.
Contributing to this growth in numbers was the launch of the new Access scooter and Gixxer SF 250 flex fuel motorcycle. The brand also announced its entry into a new market with the unveiling of the e-Access electric scooter at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025.
Expressing his views on SMIPL's sales performance, Mitsumoto Watabe - Operation Manager, Sales & After Sales, Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt. Ltd. said, "We are sincerely grateful to our customers, dealer partners, and team members for helping us achieve our highest-ever annual sales of 12.56 lakh units in FY2024-25. Our sales have doubled in just 4 four years, reflecting the continued trust our customers have placed in us by choosing Suzuki products, opting for authorised service workshops, and using genuine parts."
He added, "This growth was further driven by the launch of the new Suzuki Access, where our dealers and team focused on delivering a complete product experience through test rides. Additionally, initiatives like Suzuki Matsuri and regional events like mileage contests, helped us connect more closely with our customers."
