During summers one should not avoid hydration. If you are riding for long hours, make sure you fulfil your daily water count. Drinking, coconut water, sugarcane juice and other fruit based juice is highly recommended.

Keep a check on your body, summers are often harsh on your body. Never try to push your limits while riding in summer, take frequent breaks, and have a proper diet before leaving home.
