Rich and absolutely irresistible, Malai Chicken is a must-try dish for every food lover. Pair it with naan, paratha, or rice, and you're good to go. Here's how to make it:

500g chicken
1 cup cream
Ā½ cup yoghurt
2 medium onions, chopped
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
2 green chillies, chopped
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp jeera
Salt
2 tbsp ghee

Wash the chicken and drain all the water. Now add yoghurt, cream, garam masala, jeera, and salt. Mix well and cover. Marinate it for 1 hour.

In a pan, heat the ghee. Add onions and saute until golden. Now add in ginger-garlic paste and green chillies and cook for 2 minutes.

In the same pan, add the marinated chicken. Mix the ingredients and cover. Cook for 15-20 mins or till the chicken is tender. Keep stirring occasionally.

Once cooked, add cream on top of the chicken. Mix and season with salt if necessary. Let it simmer for 2 mins. Garnish with coriander and serve!
