Bangalore: A Babu Jagjivan Ram Bhavan would be built on a two-acre plot at a cost of Rs 12 crore in the city.
A meeting of the State cabinet, chaired by Chief Minister D V Sadananda Gowda, today approved the project, which would house two auditoriums, a museum and a library, Law Minister S Suresh Kumar told reporters.
Work on the project on Magadi Road would be taken up by the Public Works Department, he said.
