A 34-year-old auto driver allegedly murdered his lover and surrendered himself, along with his lover's body to the police today, police said.
"The driver who murdered his lover, a married woman, surrendered to police along with her body", police told PTI.
The duo were having an extra-maritial affair for the past five years. According to police the woman used to repeatedly backmail him for money.
They picked up a quarrel and in a fit of rage the driver strangled her with a veil after which he took her body in the auto and surrendered to police.
