Bangalore: Two persons, including a jewellery shop owner, was recently nabbed in connection with a house break theft and valuables worth Rs 1.48 crore seized from them, police said.
Bora Ram, owner of jewellery shops in Tamil Nadu and Bangalore and Om Prakash were arrested by the Hebbagodi police and 6.7 kgs of silver ornaments and 4.3 kgs of gold ornaments were recovered from them, a police statement said.
The two had allegedly gained entry into the house of owner of Mahedra Jewellers with the help of duplicate key and decamped with the valuables.
Efforts were on to nab the other two accused.
