Bengaluru:
Around 15 vehicles parked at a garage in Bengaluru were destroyed by a fire that erupted due to a welding activity this morning, said a senior official.
Visuals showed several buses burning under a metal structure in Veerbhadra Nagar and plumes of black smoke engulfing the sky.
Firefighters have brought the fire under control and no one was injured in the incident, the official said.
"There was no casualty or injury. The fire started due to a welding work. The fire is now under control," said Kamal Pant, Director General of Police and Director General of Fire and Emergency Services.
