Bhopal:
Three persons were arrested as they were trying to sell 47 kilograms of ganja worth Rs 1.9 lakh, police said today.
Vemula Sai Kiran (21) and Ranjita alias Yasmeen (35), hailing from Warangal district of Andhra Pradesh, and Rakesh Panthi (26), from Chhola area of Bhopal, were trying to sell ganja packed in four polythene bags last night when they were arrested, police inspector Deepak Khatri said.
Along with the ganja, police seized Rs 90,000 cash and three mobile phones from their possession.
All of them will be produced in court later today and police will try to take them in remand for further interrogation.
