One killed as portion of building collapses in Bhopal

Bhopal: One person was killed and another injured when a portion of a two-storey building collapsed in Bhopal, police said today.

The mishap occurred last evening when the eaves of the building collapsed near Kelewali Masjid under Tallaiya police station limits.

Two persons were extricated from the debris and rushed to Hamidia hospital.

A fruit-seller, identified as Kamlesh who had a stall near the building, was declared dead at the hospital. The injured person was shifted to a private hospital.
