A 30-year-old man allegedly committed suicide on Monday by jumping from the top of a high rise Orissa government building.
Harihar Behera, an employee of labour department in Bhubaneswar, allegedly jumped at around 11 am off the nine-storey Heads of the Departments building of the Orissa government.
The onlookers were taken by surprise over the unfolding of events as Behera crashed down on the portico during peak hours.
