Bihar Election Result: Omar Abdullah Greets Nitish Kumar on Win

New Delhi: Former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah congratulated Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on his "victory" in the State Assembly Elections on Sunday.
