"People who keep dogs should not tell us cow keepers about cattle rearing," Mr Prasad had tweeted in a retort to BJP leaders gunning for him over his controversial remarks.Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (ACJM) Ram Chandra Prasad directed Kazi Mohammadpur police station to register an FIR against the RJD chief on a complaint filed by advocate Sudhir Ojha on Monday.
