L'Oreal Paris in partnership with NDTV is launching the "Women of Worth" Awards, a platform and campaign that will scout, recognize and felicitate the achievements of ordinary women who have achieved extraordinary success in making a difference to the lives of others through their bravery, their convictions and their drive. This campaign seeks to showcase their inspirational and impactful work to the world at large.
The "Women of Worth" campaign and award that follows will aim to encourage public discourse and bridge not only the gender gap but also address the regional, sectoral, developmental, linguistic and social imbalances. We will also take this campaign across India and will interact with grassroots organizations, academic institutes, corporates, startups, innovators, leaders and public interest movements to find the most deserving, and hitherto unrecognized , salient heroes who selflessly give back to society.
