Baby boy discovered dead in garbage heap

Chandigarh: A new born baby boy was found dead in a garbage heap in a residential area of Chandigarh, police said today.

The baby boy was picked up by a dog from the garbage, they said.

A case has been registered against an unidentified person on the complaint of the watchman of the Navin Nagar society where the baby was found.
