Chandigarh:
A XII standard student of a private school in Chandigarh allegedly committed suicide when she jumped from the top of her school's building on Wednesday afternoon.
Anandi Gulati, daughter of an IAS couple in Haryana, had gone to school to collect her certificates. She had scored close to 85 per cent marks.
According to police sources, it seems Anandi was under depression. In a suicide note found by the police, she wrote she wanted to go to the other world and no one was responsible for her death.
The police are investigating the case and are likely to question her family members.
