Reacting to Congress Vice-President Rahul Gandhi's jibe calling his government 'suit-boot ki sarkaar', Prime Minister Narendra Modi today said the Congress was still smarting from its crushing defeat in the 2014 Lok Sabha polls. In an interview to the Press Trust of India, PM Modi rejected charges of concentration of power in the Prime Minister's office and said, "Extra-Constitutional authorities were really wielding power in UPA regime."
