Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi today mocked the government's black money amnesty in the Lok Sabha, saying PM Modi launched a 'fair and lovely' scheme to turn black money legal. He also hit out at the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh and said "I'm not from the RSS, I make mistakes."
