Chennai: The state government has announced a solatium of Rs.300,000 to the family to two girls (Nandhini and Monisha) who died in the accident.
It also said it would bear the entire medical expenses of the injured girl Sandhya and advanced a sum of Rs.30,000 as part of the expenditure.
Two class 8 girl students died and another was injured when a wall in their school here collapsed today, police said.
The injured girl was admitted to a hospital and is undergoing treatment.
The accident happened at TVR Girls Higher Secondary School Chennai.
It also said it would bear the entire medical expenses of the injured girl Sandhya and advanced a sum of Rs.30,000 as part of the expenditure.
