Chennai:
A private flight bound for Hong Kong made an emergency landing in Chennai today after a passenger on board suffered a heart attack.
The flight, which took off from Bangalore this morning was flying above Chennai airspace when the 48-year old man, a native of that city, suffered a heart attack, airport sources
said.
The flight made an emergency landing around 10 AM after the pilots contacted Air Traffic Control in Chennai, they said.
The passenger was rushed to a private hospital and the flight took off to its onward destination after a 45-minute delay, they added.
