IT professional, wife fall to death in Chennai; police say suicide

Chennai: A young IT professional and his wife committed suicide by jumping off their apartment in Chennai last night, police said.

Arivalagan, 35, worked at Cognizant Technology Solutions. His wife Abirami, 26, was a homemaker. They had married a year ago.

Police say the couple had a heated argument last night at their fourth-floor apartment in Pallavaram, a suburb in Chennai.

Police have found no suicide note.
