Imphal: One person was killed and five others were injured when militants exploded a bomb in the heart of Imphal town today.
The victim, a labourer, died on the spot after the bomb went off at about 11 AM near Mahatma Gandhi Avenue, police said.
The injured persons were taken to a nearby hospital, they said, adding the condition of some of them was stated to be critical
