13 children injured in balloon cylinder blast

Howrah: In a freak accident, 13 children were injured, two of them critically, on Tuesday when a balloon cylinder burst while they were buying balloons from a local vendor in Howrah in West Bengal.

The incident occurred in the evening.

The victims were aged between five to nine years. Two of the critically injured have been rushed to a speciality hospital in Kolkata.
