Dhemaji (Assam): Fifteen people were injured when a bus skidded off a road at Dhemaji district of Assam on Monday morning.
Police said the mishap took place around 7.30 am at Pokiya Tiniali near Silapathar in the district when the driver lost control of the bus.
The bus of the Assam State Transport Corporation was on its way from Guwahati to Jonai.
All the injured have been admitted to the Dhemaji Civil Hospital.
Condition of six of the injured is stated to be serious.
