Nashik: A 21-year-old trekker fell into an 80-feet deep valley and died after honeybees attacked him while he was climbing the 'Dangya Sulka' hill at Trimbakeshwar on Sunday, the police said in Nashik on Monday.
Sandeep Patade, hailing from Mulund in Mumbai, climbed the hill up to 135 metres with four of his friends, when honeybees attacked them.
He fell into the valley after he lost his balance and was rushed to the Nashik Civil Hospital, where he died, the police said.
