30 of marriage party injured as bus overturns in Odisha

Jajpur, Odisha: At least 30 persons of a marriage party were injured when the bus in which they were travelling overturned near Baghapahada under Balichandrapur police station in Jajpur district in the wee hours on Monday, the police said.

The mishap, in which 15 were injured critically, occurred when the bus was going from Balasore to Aliabad.

The injured were admitted at the local government hospital and critically hurt were shifted to the SCB Medical College and Hospital in Cuttack.

The cause of the mishap is yet to be ascertained, the police said.
