Bijapur: Acting swiftly after the theft of Rs 19.97 lakhs from an ATM in Bijapur, police on Sunday arrested four former security guards and recovered the stolen cash from them within 12 hours of the incident.
On a complaint from the Bank of Baroda that Rs 19.97 lakh was found stolen from one of its ATMs in Bijapur, Police started investigations and arrested the four, police said.
All the four were produced before a court and remanded to judicial custody.
