Dharamshala: A group of 62 students passed the matric examination of the Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education this year without taking the exam and their answer sheets had allegedly reached the spot evaluation centers by post, said the police.
Police have arrested Ashwin Dogra, owner of an education academy at Gaggle, 12 kms from Dharamshala, and a woman in this connection.
Dogra has purchased spare answer sheets from eleven different examination centers during the annual exams in April this year and had given it to the 62 students in his academy.
The answer sheets were then posted to the evaluation centres, police said.
