Perambalur:
A 65-year-old man was arrested in Perambalur in Tamil Nadu today for alleged sexual assault on a minor girl, police said.
According to police, there were witnesses who saw him taking the 10-year-old girl inside an under construction building last night. Later they nabbed and beat him up before handing him over to police.
The girl has been hospitalised.
The man had allegedly assaulted another minor girl on September 11 following which locals decided to monitor his movements.
