A day ahead of bandh, BJP workers pelt stones at buses in Nagpur
Nagpur: A day before the proposed bandh to protest against the recent petrol hike, workers from the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) allegedly attacked a few buses in party chief Nitin Gadkari's hometown Nagpur.

The party workers were reportedly out on the streets on Wednesday evening, and pelted stones at state transport buses in the Ganesh peth area in Nagpur. People in and around the buses fled, and there have been no reports of injuries so far.

At least eight buses were damaged by the stones pelted allegedly by the members of the BJP Youth Morcha. No arrests have been made so far.

Sources say the BJP workers took to the streets today to ensure Thursday's bandh, called by the party, is a success.
