After disruption, Mumbai train services restored

Mumbai: The Western Railway suburban train services in Mumbai which were disrupted have now been restored.

The local train services were disrupted for around an hour after an iron sheet from the overhead bridge at the Santacruz station hung precariously on the tracks below.

All trains running on the line were diverted following the incident.

The impact of the change was minimal going by the low rush in the afternoon.
