Aligarh: A teenager in Aligarh was allegedly beaten to death by his classmates as two rival groups clashed on their way back from their examination centre.
Gaurav Sharma, who was riding pillion with his friends Chandra Mohan and Mahendra, was reportedly cornered by five other classmates (names withheld as they are minors) at an isolated stretch in the Godha area of the district.
Three of the accused allegedly led the assault on Gaurav and started beating him with sticks. Gaurav succumbed to his injures and died on the spot.
The police have arrested two of the accused.
