Purulia, West Bengal: An unclaimed bag containing a pistol, cartridges and other arms was found on Tuesday near a railway bridge in Purulia district, West Bengal, police said.
The bag was lying 2 kms away from Purulia station near Kanshwati river when the GRP found it.
Besides the pistol, two live cartridges, a shovel, a sword and some electric wires were found from the bag, police said.
No arrests were made so far, as the police have not been able to identify the owner of the bag.
