Barrackpore (West Bengal):
One person has been killed and about 100 admitted to hospital in West Bengal's Barrackpore after ammonia gas leaked from an ice factory at Mohanpur.
People have been evacuated from around 500 metres area of the ice factory as a precautionary measure and fire brigade personnel have been at the site to control the gas leak.
Many people complained of uneasiness and started vomiting after the gas leak, fire brigade officials said.
