Krishnagiri (Tamil Nadu):
An eight-year-old boy was allegedly murdered by unidentified persons who stuffed the body in a gunny bag and dumped it near his house near Hosur in the district on Saturday, police said.
Cops said the boy, son of a farmer, was studying in a government school. On his return from school, he had gone out to play but when he did not come back, a search was launched.
Late at night, his parents found a gunny bag near their house and on opening it, they found their son's body, police said.
Police said there were several cut injuries on the victim's body.
Police suspect that the boy must have been murdered due to some previous enmity.
