Coimbatore: A woman, who wanted to meet the City Police Commissioner, C Sylendra Babu, was 'secured' today, when she reportedly brandished a knife at the reception staff.
According to police, the woman, Sasirekha had come to meet Sylendra Babu, but refused to provide details about herself or enter her name in the register.
When repeatedly asked, she brandished a knife at the receptionist.
However, the sentries overpowered her and 'secured' her for interrogation, police added.
