Jaipur:
Rajasthan witnessed yet another chilly day as cold waves swept across the state with mercury in Bikaner dipping below freezing point and recording the lowest temperature at minus 2 degrees Celsius.
The tourist town of Mount Abu also recorded sub zero temperature at minus 1 degrees Celsius on Friday night, according to a MeT report.
While Pilani recorded a low of 0.4 degrees Celsius, Jaisalmer recorded a minimum of 1.2 degrees Celsius.
Dholpur and Churu recorded a minimum of 1.8 and 2.5 degrees Celsius respectively, while Sriganganagar recorded a minimum temperature of 3.7 degrees Celsius.
The minimum temperature at Sawaimadhopur and Bundi were slightly higher at 4.2 and 5.4 degrees Celsius respectively, while Jaipur was at 5 degrees Celsius.
Other places across the state recorded a minimum temperature in the range of 6.5 degrees Celsius to 10.4 degrees Celsius.
