Lucknow:
A police sub-inspector allegedly committed suicide at his official residence in Uttar Pradesh's Azamgarh district, officials said here on Sunday.
Body of SI Narendra Bahadur Singh, posted at Saraimeer police station, was found hanging from the ceiling in his official residence on Saturday night, SP Ramit Sharma said.
He said though no suicide note was recovered from the spot, but primafacie it seemed to be a case of suicide.
