Dehradun: Couple killed while exchanging Valentine's Day gifts

Dehradun: Enraged at his love proposal being rejected, a youth on Thursday allegedly killed the girl he loved and her lover with a sharp-edged weapon, police said.

Sanjay Guleri and Lalita were fatally attacked by Ali Rehman, who was jealous of their relationship, while the couple were exchanging gifts with each other in the run up to the Valentine's Day.

All three of them worked in the same shop in the city. They were killed at the shop itself.

The accused has been arrested and further probe is on into the matter.
