New Delhi:
A fire broke out at a container depot in south Delhi's Tughlakabad area on Saturday morning.
Thirty fire tenders were rushed to the spot and the blaze was brought under control after three hours around 9 am, fire brigade officials said. There were no reports of any casualty in the incident.
The blaze started at 5:45 am and quickly spread to around 30 containers storing clothes and tyres at the depot, which is the largest dry port in South Asia.
The fire which broke out at the Inland Container Depot in the wee hours, officials say property worth crores of rupees was destroyed. (With PTI inputs)
