Delhi Police to add 200 motorcycles for chase and challan squad

New Delhi: There will be more policemen on motorcycles from Tuesday in the capital to check traffic violations with Delhi Police adding 200 more two-wheelers in its chase and challan squad.

City Police Commissioner Y S Dadwal will flag off the brand new 200 motorcycles. With this, the total strength of the squad would touch 610.

The chase and challan squad was first set up in 2008 with 210 motorcycles. Another 200 motor cycles were added in May 2009.
