New Delhi:
A Delhi Police head constable, who was declared a proclaimed offender by a Bihar court in a murder case, was arrested here after evading arrest for 19 years.
Ram Lal Sharma, posted with security wing, was arrested on Thursday from Chanakyapuri after Bihar Police contacted DCP (Security) U K Chaudhury and informed about him, sources said.
He along with his brothers had allegedly murdered a man in his home town but was evading arrest, they said.
Sharma was declared a proclaimed offender by a court. His brothers were arrested earlier.
